I just placed my order. Can I get an update please?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Although we understand you may be excited to receive your purchase, please refrain from inquiring about the status of your order if it has not been over 5 business days since you placed your order.
My package says it was delivered but I still do not have it. What should I do?
Southern Blue Jay is not responsible for any packages once they are shipped. You will need to contact USPS if your tracking number states that your package was delivered but you have not yet received it.
If your package is missing, lost or stolen you will need to file a claim with USPS. Please contact your local post office to get more information about your package.
Any packages returned to Southern Blue Jay due to incorrect address can be resent, but the customer has to pay the shipping fees.
Do I have to actually measure myself to place an order for waist beads?
Yes. It is recommended to properly measure yourself in inches before placing your order for waist beads.
To ensure the correct size when ordering, place a measuring tape around the area you would like your waist beads to lay. Do not suck or squeeze in your stomach while measuring. You may add an extra inch/inches for comfort or to avoid a tight fit.
NOTE: Your waist size is not your pants size. Please measure yourself properly before placing order. There will be no refunds or exchanges for incorrect size ordered.
